- Appointment Requests: Bookings made online are considered requests. Our team will review your submission and follow up via email to confirm your appointment and arrange a booking deposit. Please note that all bookings require pre-payment within 48hrs of booking.
- Appointment Received Email: You should receive an email summary of your booking request within 15 minutes. If you don’t, please get in touch with us.
